Elephant Artist Relief Society hosts professional development activities such as workshops on health and safety, fiscal management and taxes, career development and entrepreneurial tools.

The society also serves as a community hub by programming occasional gatherings and presentations by emerging and established artists. In addition, EAR honours local artists and/or art supporters whom are nominated for an annual award.
