Together, you’ll explore how observations, memories, conversations and everyday experiences can become the starting point for lyrics and songs. Toni will share ideas and approaches from her own songwriting practice and help participants experiment with turning their own stories and ideas into something musical.

You don’t need to be a musician, play an instrument or have any songwriting experience to participate. This workshop is about trying things out, sharing ideas and discovering how a song can begin.
