Join EAR for our June Umbrella Talk “Indigenous Artist Spotlight and Discussion”

Join us on Wednesday, June 14th at 7pm MST on Zoom, as we feature three local Indigenous artists who will discuss their career as an artist and advocate. Our presenters will share their experience in the arts community in Alberta, and perhaps provide guidance and insight for aspiring Indigenous artists on how to overcome obstacles and survive and thrive as an artist within a colonized society.
Included will be a discussion on how Calgary artists and arts organizations can work towards allyship and what that might look like.
